This file is a site map document related to Harlandale Independent School District's request for proposals to design, furnish, install, program, test, train, and commission an IP-based public address, intercom, and bell scheduling system for McCollum High School and Harlandale High School in San Antonio, Texas. The project encompasses two school locations: McCollum High School located at 500 W Formosa Boulevard, San Antonio, TX 78221, and Harlandale High School located at 114 East Gerald Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78214. A mandatory site walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM Central Time at McCollum High School, with immediate continuation to Harlandale High School. While the walkthrough is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged for prospective bidders. Late arrivals will not be permitted to avoid disruption to classroom activities. The specific layout and infrastructure details relevant to the PA/intercom/bell system installation at both facilities are documented within this map file to assist vendors in understanding the scope of work and spatial requirements for the project.

The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, bid amounts, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other financial requirements. As a site map, this file serves as a reference document to supplement the formal RFP and provides visual representation of the two school campuses where the IP-based communications system will be installed, enabling qualified vendors to assess the physical layout and planning considerations necessary for accurate proposal development and project execution.
