About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the procurement and installation of four Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for the 555 Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Facility at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The project requires purchasing 480VAC UPS units with specific technical specifications, including supporting 100-150 kVA loading, providing at least 101-142 minutes of backup power, and meeting requirements such as 97% efficiency, pure sine wave output, and TAA-compliant VRLA battery technology. The contractor must design, deliver, and install the UPS systems between January 30 and February 28, 2026, with a total performance period not to exceed 196 days After Receipt of Order.
Key installation requirements include electrical placement between facility shut-off switches and transformers, fitting within specific dimensional constraints, providing ethernet monitoring capabilities, and adhering to strict security protocols. The contractor must have licensed Oklahoma electricians, be an authorized OEM distributor, and provide comprehensive startup services including initial power-up, charge verification, and system configuration. Warranty terms include a 3-year battery warranty, 1-year installation warranty, and optional 5-year extended warranty. The project also mandates security clearances, base access procedures, and compliance with various Department of Defense and Air Force training and operational security requirements.
