About this file
This is a Single Source Advertisement for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB), issued pursuant to Florida Statutes 287.057(3) and Rule 60A-1.045, F.A.C. FSDB seeks an annual license and support agreement for eFORCE Public Safety Software, a browser-based solution that includes integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), Jail Management (JMS), Municipal Court, Mobile/Voiceless Dispatch, and Civil Process Modules. The advertisement began on February 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM and runs through March 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM, providing a fifteen business day notification period for prospective vendors to demonstrate their capability to supply the requested commodities or services. No competitive bidding process, site visits, or bidder conferences are associated with this procurement.
The estimated not-to-exceed dollar amount for this single source contract is $8,600.00 annually. The intended source is Intellichoice, Inc., DBA eFORCE, located at 168 North Gateway Drive, Providence, UT 84332. FSDB justifies the single source acquisition on the basis that Intellichoice is the sole provider of the eFORCE Public Safety Software Suite and that no other vendor offers a comparable complete suite of integrated public safety applications. Prospective vendors may submit information regarding their ability to fulfill this procurement to Kim Whitwam, Director of Purchasing, at whitwamk@fsdbk12.org. The Agency reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with the single source procurement or conduct a competitive solicitation based on responses received during the advertisement period.
