About this file
This is a Single Source Advertisement from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) for audiology equipment calibration services, issued under Advertisement Number SS-25-100. The document outlines FSDB's intent to procure annual calibration services for Grason-Stadler audiology equipment from e3 Diagnostics, Inc., with the advertisement period running from May 16, 2025, to June 9, 2025. The procurement is for a not-to-exceed amount of $2,864.58 and is specifically for authorized 2025 service provider calibration of equipment located on FSDB's campus.
The single source justification is based on e3 Diagnostics being the sole source distributor for Grason-Stadler products and the recommended authorized service provider for specific states and zip code regions, including FSDB's location in the 320 zip code area of Florida. This is a non-competitive solicitation, and while vendors are invited to demonstrate their ability to fulfill the procurement during the fifteen-business day advertising period, the final determination remains at the agency's discretion. The primary contact for questions is Elizabeth Nimitz, Purchasing Analyst, who can be reached via email at nimitze@fsdbk12.org.
