The RFQ encompasses a comprehensive range of products including ball caps in various styles and colors, hoodies, t-shirts for adults, youth, toddlers, and infants, sweatpants, and onesies from manufacturers such as Cap America, Port Authority, Team 365, Champion, Bayside, and Sanmar. The procurement also includes embroidery services in multiple styles featuring wildlife imagery and organizational logos, as well as screen printing services. Estimated annual usage varies by item, ranging from 12 to 1,000 units, with order sizes typically between 12 and 250 units. The spreadsheet lists estimated average order quantities and total annual usage for each item line to guide bidders in pricing their proposals.

All bid prices in the submission are listed at $0.00, indicating this is a template document or blank bid form awaiting actual pricing from vendors. Bidders are required to provide pricing for individual units across all listed items, with the unit of measure specified as each (EA). The spreadsheet includes columns for bidder company information, current manufacturer details, estimated delivery timeframes, and bidder notes. The contract structure allows bidders to propose alternative manufacturers and part numbers while meeting the specifications outlined for each clothing item and embroidery or screen printing service, with a cumulative bid total to be entered into the formal bid submission system.
