About this file

This document package includes photographs of existing conditions from a site visit in March 2018 along with details of a solicitation amendment for the replacement of the CARES Tower roof and overhangs. The amendment provides interested parties with an RFI tracker, response photographs from the site visit, and revised bid items. Bid responses are now due by June 11, 2020 for the roof replacement project at the CARES Tower, which is owned by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 10. The amendment changes only Bid Item 2 and extends the bid opening date to allow time for responses to bidder questions in the RFI tracker. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same.
