About this file
This document is a Delivery Schedule for a subsistence contract solicitation (Solicitation #15B10125Q00000020) issued by the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson Food Service Department. The solicitation requires weekly delivery of food products with strict requirements: deliveries must occur between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm EST, excluding federal holidays, and must be pre-arranged with the receiving warehouse. Vendors must submit PDF quotes by 8:00 am Eastern Daylight Time on May 20, 2025, directly to Ashley Tabor via email, with quotes valid for 30 calendar days.
The document outlines detailed delivery specifications, including temperature requirements for different food types (non-frozen perishables between 34-41 degrees F, frozen foods at 0 degrees F or below), mandatory palletization, and Kosher certification for religious diet items. Failure to meet delivery schedules or contract specifications will negatively impact the vendor's past performance record, which may affect future contract awards. The solicitation is a small business set-aside with NAICS code 311511, targeting a single award for a firm-fixed price contract for dairy items to be delivered to the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia.
