About this file
This document contains two certificates related to providing evidence of authority to sign offers for federal contracts. The first certificate is for corporations and requires the signature of the corporate secretary, certifying an individual as an official or agent empowered to represent and bind the corporation in executing contracts. Any limitations on this authority must be stated. The second certificate is for partnerships, unincorporated firms, or corporations where completion of the first certificate would be impractical. It requires the signatures of all members, certifying an individual as empowered to represent, bind and execute contracts on behalf of the partnership or unincorporated firm.
Also included is a solicitation for a shop towel service contract requiring the contractor to pick up soiled shop towels and return clean shop towels to inventory points at the Anniston Army Depot in accordance with an attached statement of work. The contractor must provide new towels meeting requirements and replace lost, unaccounted for, torn or ragged towels weekly not to exceed 10% of cleaned towels without authorization.
