About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for antenna maintenance services. The solicitation (WX03865Y2025T) seeks a contractor to perform technical maintenance and installation services for antenna systems, including work on 5kW antennas, towers, antenna foundations, conduit, transmission lines, and ground rings. Vendors must demonstrate experience with antenna installation, maintenance, inspection, testing (DTF and VSWR), and confined space work.
The RFQ requires vendors to submit a technical approach, past performance examples, and a detailed price breakdown. The quote is due on 9/12/2025 at 12:00 PM EST, with award to be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal. The contract will be for services at Mt. Weather, VA, with pricing to remain valid for 30 days after submission. Evaluation will focus on three factors: technical approach, past performance/experience, and price, with the government assessing technical capabilities and conducting price analysis using FAR 15.404-1 techniques.
