About this file

The document is an Offeror's Past Performance Data form for Solicitation N00024-25-R-0032, related to a Combat Technical Rescue (CTR) EOD Rigging & Ordnance Extrication (ROE) Training contract. The solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego for EODGRU ONE and TWO, seeking a commercial firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for training courses of instruction.

The past performance data form is designed to capture detailed qualitative ratings from previous contract performance, focusing on four key evaluation areas: quality of contract requirements, timeliness, contractor responsiveness, and additional observations. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, totaling potentially five years. The procurement will be conducted using a best value tradeoff source selection process, with the NAICS code 611519 for "Other Technical and Trade Schools". Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.
