About this file

The document is a Single Source Advertisement for the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) seeking construction support services for the Gregg Hall building project for FY 2023-2024. The estimated dollar amount not-to-exceed is $160,000.00, and the intended source is CPH Consulting, LLC dba CPH, LLC located in Sanford, FL. The justification for the single source acquisition is that CPH Consulting, LLC was previously procured to provide the Owner's Program Requirements and design criteria package for the Gregg Hall project, and they are currently providing construction support services as the owner's representative. The existing contract with CPH is expiring with no additional renewals or extensions, and the construction support services being sought are a continuation of the design criteria package services which have not been completed due to the construction timeline.

The advertisement states that soliciting for another firm to complete the construction support services will cause a delay in the construction completion, exceed the project budget, and will not provide the best value to the State of Florida. CPH is the only firm that can provide the services in conformance with their authored design criteria package, keep within the overall project budget, and meet the project completion deadline.

Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed: $160,000.00 Intended source:

CPH Consulting, LLC dba CPH, LLC 500 West Fulton Street Sanford, FL 32771

Justification for single source acquisition:

CPH Consulting, LLC, was procured to provide the Owner’s Program Requirements for the Gregg Hall building project on the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind Campus.
