About this file

This document is a Price Increase Percentages Attachment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for a specific solicitation numbered BPM006653. The attachment is designed for an offeror (vendor) to specify maximum price increase percentages for potential contract renewals.

The attachment outlines a pricing structure for four potential renewal periods, with the offeror having indicated maximum percentage increases of 5% for the first renewal, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal period. Each percentage increase is calculated against the original contract price, and ADOT emphasizes that price increases are not automatically granted. To request an increase, the offeror must provide documentation justifying the need at the time of renewal. The document provides an example calculation showing how these incremental increases would be applied to an original contract price, demonstrating that each renewal's percentage is computed from the initial contract amount.
