About this file
This is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, issued by the City's Finance and Procurement department. The form requires vendors and contractors to provide written certifications pursuant to Arkansas state law before entering into contracts with the city. The certifications apply to different contract value thresholds and cover three specific areas of compliance that contractors must acknowledge and agree to maintain throughout the contract term.
The form establishes three certification requirements based on contract values: Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts of $1,000 or greater, Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts of $75,000 or greater. Contractors must certify they do not boycott Israel, do not knowingly employ illegal immigrants, and do not boycott energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries. The form includes checkboxes for each certification, fields for the vendor name and City of Little Rock supplier/vendor number, and requires a contractor signature and date. Violations of these certifications after signing require written notification to the contracting public entity.
