About this file

This is a combined certifications form required for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, issued by the Finance and Procurement department at Little Rock City Hall. The form establishes mandatory certifications that vendors must complete based on contract value thresholds, with three distinct certification requirements: Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater.

The form requires contractors to certify in writing that they do not currently and will not for the aggregate term of the contract participate in boycotts of Israel, employ illegal immigrants, or boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries, depending on the applicable contract value thresholds. Contractors must provide their name, vendor number if assigned, signature, and date, with checkbox certifications for each applicable restriction. The certifications are mandated by Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, and contractors must notify the City in writing if their status changes regarding any of these restrictions during the contract term.
