About this file
This document is an attachment to Request for Quote (RFQ) No. 140P8425Q0080 containing California Air Resources Board (CARB) information specific to Lassen Volcanic National Park's federal fleet. The document details CARB's withdrawal of its request for a waiver and authorization for the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) regulation, which means reporting in the TRUCRS system for ACF compliance is now voluntary for high priority and drayage fleets. CARB's withdrawal only applies to specific fleet types and does not affect other regulations like the Clean Truck Check or Truck and Bus requirements. Interested parties seeking additional information are advised to contact the TRUCRS staff at the Air Resources Board.

RFQ No. 140P8425Q0080, Attachment 2
CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD (CARB) INFORMATION
As Lassen Volcanic National Park has a federal fleet, it is subject to the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) regulation. However, California Air Resources Board (CARB) has withdrawn its request for a waiver and authorization for the addition of the ACF Regulation to its emissions control program. CARB is not enforcing the existing portions of the ACF Regulation that require a federal waiver or authorization, such as the portions of the ACF Regulation that apply to high priority and drayage fleets. Due to the withdrawal, reporting in the TRUCRS system for ACF compliance for these fleets is voluntary. CARB’s withdrawal of the request for waiver only applies to ACF High Priority and Drayage fleets and does not a ect the Clean Truck Check or Truck and Bus requirements or other regulations the fleet may be subject to.
