About this file

This is a Quote Form for Request for Quote Q26083 issued by Cobb County School District (CCSD) in Georgia for Emergency Generator Service and Repairs. CCSD seeks qualified vendors to provide service and repair capabilities for emergency generators located throughout the district, with the intent to award contracts to multiple vendors. Equipment and parts may be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the contract award period. The form requires vendors to provide pricing for both normal business hours and after-hours/emergency service calls, as well as disclose information regarding minimum service call charges and truck/trip charges if applicable.

Vendors must provide hourly labor rates for emergency generator service and repairs during standard business hours and after-hours/weekend/holiday emergency calls. The quote form requires vendors to confirm whether their technicians are EGSA certified and to provide warranty information for both parts and labor. Additionally, vendors must establish fee structures for additional related parts and equipment that may be procured during the award period, identifying the pricing source and structure (such as percentage discount below MSRP, published catalog pricing, or cost-plus markup). Vendors must also provide an hourly rate for additional related services that may be required beyond the initial scope, which would apply to unanticipated service needs identified during the contract term.
