Professional Licenses for further requirements of state law. Bidders shall enter on their Bid Form each
HVAC, plumbing or electrical subcontractor called for on the Bid Form that the Bidder proposes to use during construction, the amount of the subcontract, and the subcontractor’s address. This includes any Owner required subcontractors that are identified in the plans or specifications. If the Bidder intends to self-perform any HVAC, plumbing or electrical work, both the Bidder’s public works license number and the trade license number for the HVAC, plumbing or electrical work to be self-performed must be stated on the Bid Form. “AA,” or “A” license under the Idaho Public Works Contractor Act. The successful Bidder may thereafter substitute subcontractors only as allowed by Idaho Code § 67-2310(3).
