About this file

This is a Request for Proposal attachment document issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Bridging Neighborhood Department for Board-up and Trash Out Services. The RFP solicits proposals from qualified respondents to provide property assessment, clean-out, junk removal, and board-up services at multiple locations throughout Detroit for a two-year contract period. Respondents are required to submit comprehensive proposals that include a formal introduction confirming the proposal is in response to this RFP, a commitment to perform work in accordance with RFP requirements, evidence of required licenses or registrations, a detailed solution and approach to meeting the stated requirements, a preliminary project schedule with completion dates, and a technical approach describing procedures and methodologies. All proposals must remain firm for one hundred twenty (120) days from the due date and thereafter until the respondent withdraws the proposal, a contract is executed, or the procurement is terminated by the City, whichever occurs first.

The attachment does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, funding amounts, or other financial details within this particular document section. This attachment serves as a template and guidance document for respondents on the required components and format of their proposal submissions, focusing on structural and procedural requirements rather than substantive contract terms or financial parameters.
