About this file
This is a Notice and Certification Announcement document from Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS) in Wisconsin related to RFP Q2526-10 for the procurement of 2,000 Lenovo ThinkPad L13 2-in-1 Gen 6 laptops with specified configurations including Core Ultra 5 225U Processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 13.3" WUXGA touch screen, and integrated peripherals such as infrared camera for facial recognition and fingerprint reader. The procurement includes white glove services requiring vendors to provide asset tagging, green packaging, an inventory spreadsheet with asset tags and serial numbers prior to device receipt, and Hardware IDs for InTune device management integration. The document establishes that upon evaluation, the Evaluation Committee will recommend commencement of contract negotiation, with the School Board officially selecting the successful vendor.
All vendors submitting proposals agree to enter into a contract with GBAPS if awarded, with the submitted proposal and RFP terms becoming part of the resulting contract. GBAPS maintains an open public procurement process, and proprietary information must be clearly identified on a Designation of Confidential and Proprietary Information form (DOA-3027), though proprietary restrictions are normally not accepted and bid prices cannot be held confidential. By submitting a proposal, vendors certify understanding and agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications, confirm voluntary submission, and attest that the bid is made without collusion or fraud and without undisclosed interests from elected officials or municipal employees.
