About this file

This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit for Broward County, Florida, relating to an Interactive Queuing Management System contract. The multi-year, open-end contract seeks to provide a web-based queuing management system (QMS) application for the Broward County Consumer Protection Division and potentially other county agencies. Vendors must submit their solicitation responses electronically through BPRO by a specified closing date, with the requirement to complete this anti-human trafficking affidavit either with their initial submittal or within three business days of the county's request.

The contract emphasizes vendor compliance with anti-human trafficking statutes under Section 787.06 of Florida Statutes, requiring vendors to affirm they do not use coercion for labor or services. Vendors must sign and declare the truthfulness of their statements under penalties of perjury. The solicitation process involves electronic submission through BPRO, with vendors encouraged to submit early and advised to contact support if experiencing technical difficulties. While specific pricing details are not provided in this document, the contract appears to be structured as an open-end, multi-year agreement allowing flexibility for various county agency needs.
