The school reported total revenue of $4,159,341 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, comprised of local sources ($98,413), state sources ($3,575,258), and federal sources ($485,670). Total actual expenses were $3,310,136, distributed across regular education ($2,480,917), special education ($107,266), pupil transportation ($6,605), and various project-based initiatives including the Classroom Site Project ($229,434) and federal and state projects ($895,061). The school maintained an average daily membership of 343.32 students and employed 18 full-time equivalent certified teachers, 10 noncertified teachers, and 0 contract teachers across a single school site operating 180 days during the fiscal year. Capital acquisitions totaled $12,007, primarily for equipment, while the school's cash balance increased from $1,734,608 to $2,485,400.

The school's ending project balance for FY 2024 was $837,198, with $704,194 allocated to schoolwide and other special projects and $102,630 to the Classroom Site Project. Average teacher salary increased by $421 (0.6%) from FY 2023 to reach $66,153. The school received significant federal funding including $162,891 from ESEA Title I, $18,100 from Title II, $41,647 from IDEA Part B, and $255,854 from COVID-19 relief projects (primarily ESSER III funding). The related contract opportunity indicates that Gateway Early College High School seeks to contract with a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) to operate child nutrition programs, reflecting the school's need for professional management of food services operations as part of its broader operational structure within the district.
