About this file

This is Addendum 1 to a contract solicitation for King Salmon Wastewater Collection System Inspections (Project 25-03, updated to 25-06) issued by Bristol Bay Borough. The project involves ROV inspections of the wastewater collection system, including locating unknown manholes during inspections and providing GPS coordinates to the Borough. The contractor will be responsible for flagging or staking manholes found during ROV inspections, with the Borough committing to excavate and expose manholes within two working days of notification.

The Borough will provide both transportation and housing accommodations to the contractor, including a vehicle (requiring execution of a user agreement) and a bunkhouse with two private rooms, shared kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities, though food and supplies must be purchased separately in Naknek. Regarding jetting equipment, contractors are instructed to provide pricing for jetting services as defined in the bid documents, or indicate in their proposal if they cannot provide such services, with the Borough noting that jetting costs versus other alternatives will be evaluated after the bidding process concludes.
