About this file

This is a Bid Proposal Workbook for the City of Fort Worth, Texas, related to Project PW-Alpha Ranch Parkway & Comancheria Way Offsite Water Line (City Project Number 106400). The project involves construction of water line infrastructure consisting of approximately 8,531 linear feet of 16-inch water line and 4,456 linear feet of 30-inch water line, both to be installed via open cut methods. The workbook serves as the formal bidding document for this public works project and establishes the framework for contractor submission and evaluation.

The workbook includes mandatory conflict of interest disclosure requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176, requiring all bidders to either complete a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ) or certify that one is current and on file with the City Secretary's Office. Bidders must also disclose any affiliations with Fort Worth City Council members, City Manager, Assistant City Managers, or City agents who exercise discretion in contractor selection, which may trigger filing of a Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statement (CIS). The document provides checkbox options for bidders to indicate the status of their conflict of interest compliance, including whether forms do not apply, are on file, or are being provided to the City Secretary. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, award dates, or contract duration information is detailed in this excerpt of the workbook.
