About this file

This memorandum details the delivery schedules and requirements for a food service contract at the Federal Correctional Complex Coleman in Florida for the first quarter of FY2026 (October 1 - December 31, 2025). The document outlines four distinct delivery schedules: Schedule #1 requires a single shipment between October 1-15, Schedule #2 mandates two equal shipments in October and November, Schedule #3 involves three equal shipments across October, November, and December, and Schedule #4 specifies 13 weekly deliveries between October 1 and December 31.

Critical requirements include delivery windows between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM Monday-Friday, temperature-specific handling for perishable and frozen foods (34-40°F for non-frozen items, 0°F or below for frozen items), and strict adherence to delivery dates. The facility reserves the right to adjust quantities with one week's notice and will evaluate vendor performance based on compliance. Deliveries during federal holidays are prohibited, and non-compliant shipments may result in rejection or future contract award considerations. Vendors must palletize and wrap all deliveries, and invoices must be mailed or emailed, not faxed.
