DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT FOR A BUILDING INTEGRATED
PHOTOVOLTAIC ROOF AT CLEVELAND FEDERAL BUILDING AND
AN EXTENSIVE VEGETATIVE ROOF AT THE RUDMAN FEDERAL
COURTHOUSE IN CONCORD NH.
Date: Wednesday, February 10, 2010 Time: 10:00 A.M. Local Time Location: Rudman Federal Courthouse Building, 55 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH
The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference is to provide a briefing on the Project and the scope of work, and the specifications, so that the offerors can ascertain the complexities of the work to be performed which would materially affect the conduct of operations, the schedule or cost thereof.
After the Pre-proposal Conference, interested firms are requested to submit questions in writing to Kathleen M. Brock, Contracting Specialist, at kathleen.brock@gsa.gov or fax to (617) 565-7147 within two (2) business days after the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be provided after the Pre-Proposal Conference in as expeditious a manner as possible.
While the conference will provide an opportunity to discuss and clarify the solicitation provisions, nothing said or represented in the conference shall be deemed to modify the solicitation requirements unless followed by a written amendment.
Attendance at this conference is vital to the preparation of a competitive, cost effective, and accurate proposal in accordance with the technical and price requirements. It will enable the contractor to become acquainted with the areas which require special attention. An official tour of the building will be conducted at the start of the pre-proposal conference. We will then return to the original meeting room to complete the pre-solicitation conference and take questions. Additional site visits should be arranged by contacting Mr.Charles Dockham, Property Manager, at (603) 225-1615, Blackberry:
(603) 770-9051.
