About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 19WA8025Q0015 issued by the American Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia for Water Damage Repair Services. The amendment, dated February 13, 2025, adds new certification requirements related to Executive Order 14173 "Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity."

Contractors must submit a signed certification statement with their proposal confirming these requirements. The certification is material to government payment decisions under 31 USC 3729(b)(4). The amendment does not extend the original proposal due date of January 24, 2025, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
