The denial of a security badge or access to an individual employee shall not be cause for extension of the period of performance of a Contract or the grounds for any contractor claim against WAPA. Probationary employment may commence prior to completion of the security investigation(s), however, continued employment will be subject to receipt of a successful adjudication. In the case of unfavorable adjudications, access of contractor/subcontractor employees is subject to the discretion of WAPA’s adjudicator.
(d) The Contractor shall return to the Contracting Officer or designee the badge(s) or other credential(s) provided by WAPA in accordance with the SOP.
