Support requirements include remote technical assistance at no additional cost, onsite support within eight business hours when remote resolution is insufficient, coordination with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), local helpdesk availability (08:00-17:00 ICT), and Cisco Gold Partner level or higher status with enterprise-grade support capabilities. All licenses must be activated and registered under the client's Cisco Smart Account with access to software updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades throughout the contract period.

1. SECTION 1, CONTINUATION TO SF-1449, SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES,

BLOCK 20 DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT, paragraph I has been deleted and replaced as follows:

I. The Contractor shall deliver one-year existing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) licenses subscriptions renewal and support services to the U.S. Embassy Bangkok which are approved by the Government in order to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation of the organization’s network access control and email security systems and infrastructure. The licenses and support services shall be activated and provided from August 15, 2026 to August 14, 2027. The Contractor must be authorized distributor and provide genuine software licenses which are able to be used in Thailand.

This renewal is essential to sustaining the existing deployed infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted continuity of service. It shall further preserve access to software updates, security patches, and the Contractor technical support. Throughout the license renewal period, all existing configurations, policies, and security services shall remain fully operational, with no disruption to current operations.

The software licenses shall be compatible with existing systems and meet the following minimum specification requirements which are approved by the Government:

Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) provides centralized network access control, policy enforcement, and secure authentication for users and devices accessing the network.

Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) provides advanced email protection, including anti-spam, anti-malware, phishing prevention, and email threat filtering to secure organizational email communications.

The Contractor shall provide following services but not limited to:

• The Contractor shall renew all existing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) licenses and support subscriptions.

• The Contractor shall renew all existing Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) licenses and support subscriptions.

• The Contractor shall ensure all licenses are activated and registered under the Client's Cisco Smart Account.

• The Contractor shall provide access to Cisco software updates, firmware upgrades, and security patches during the subscription period.

• The Contractor shall provide entitlement to Cisco Email Security Appliance security services, including anti-spam, anti-malware, outbreak filters, and email reputation updates.

• The Contractor shall provide local and remote technical support for licensing, software updates, and troubleshooting.

• The Contractor shall coordinate and manage support cases with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as necessary. Local technical support and coordination with Cisco TAC shall be available throughout the subscription period.

• Assist the Client with license activation, migration, and support-related activities throughout the contract period.

• The Contractor shall be a Cisco Authorized Partner or Cisco Certified Reseller with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing and supporting Cisco security solutions, including Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA).

• The Contractor shall submit valid and verifiable Cisco authorization documentation, such as a Cisco Partner Locator listing, Cisco Partner certification letter, or official Cisco authorization certificate, confirming their current partner status prior to contract award.

• The Contractor shall be authorized partner or authorized distributor of Cisco (e.g. Select,

• Premier, Gold or higher level) and the certification shall be valid throughout the contract period.

• The Contractor shall maintain local technical support capabilities in Thailand and provide support during standard business hours, defined as Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Indochina Time (ICT), UTC+7.

• The Contractor shall have certified local technical personnel, including Cisco product certification(s) such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent Cisco technical certification relevant to Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) and maintain throughout the contract period.

• The Contractor shall ensure that local support engineers and technicians assigned to the project are certified, trained, and authorized to provide technical support for Cisco products and the engineers and technicians’ certification from Cisco shall be valid throughout the contract period.

• All supporting certification documents must be submitted upon contract award or before commencement of services and shall remain valid throughout the contract period.

• All support requests, response times, escalation procedures, and service level commitments shall be based on Thailand local time (ICT, UTC+7).

• The Contractor shall provide remote technical support for troubleshooting, software updates, license activation, and coordination with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at no additional cost to the Government.

• The Contractor shall provide onsite technical support in Thailand when required. In cases where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, onsite support shall be provided within eight

(8) business hours from the time the incident is officially logged, based on ICT (UTC+7), at no additional cost to the Government.

• Onsite and local support services shall be performed by certified and qualified engineers who are trained and authorized to support Cisco ISE and ESA environments.

• The Contractor shall provide a local helpdesk service in Thailand and shall be available from 08:00 – 17:00 hrs. based on Thailand local time (ICT, UTC+7)

• The Contractor shall be a Cisco Gold Partner (or higher) or an officially recognized Cisco Advanced/Gold-level support partner authorized to deliver enterprise-grade support and escalation to Cisco TAC.

• The Contractor shall coordinate and manage Cisco TAC support cases on behalf of the Client, including escalation, tracking, and resolution follow-up.

• The Contractor shall ensure that all licenses and support contracts are properly registered under the Client’s Cisco Smart Account and remain eligible for updates, patches, and manufacturer support throughout the contract period.

• Standard license and support services shall be provided for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise specified in the contract.

• Delivery of all licenses, support activation, documentation, and related services shall be completed, and licenses and support services shall be provided from August 15, 2026 to August 14, 2027.
