About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a landscaping and grounds maintenance contract issued by the U.S. Embassy Bangkok, GSO/Procurement. Amendment 0001 modifies multiple sections of the original solicitation (No. 19TH2025Q0036) with specific changes to service requirements:

Key modifications include updated requirements for turf repair, leaf removal, and debris removal. The contractor must repair damaged turf areas, remove leaves and debris daily from various property areas, and replace any turf killed through negligent practices at no additional cost. For the NOB Front Office, the contractor must water and maintain approximately 100 square feet of plants, including exterior balcony and interior potted plants, at least 3 times per week between 6:20-7:00 a.m. The amendment specifies the contractor's responsibilities and exceptions for turf damage, and requires scheduling escorts in advance for plant maintenance services.
