About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for gardening services. The solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines between early to mid-April 2019 for gardening services at the Embassy. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management prior to submitting a quotation in response to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price, one-year contract with three one-year option periods. The document provides answers to clarify that the government will not supply equipment or track plant varieties. Offerors must determine their own staffing needs and a prior site visit was conducted on July 25, 2019 as the only opportunity. Late offerors can still participate if they were not present at the pre-bid meeting on that date.
