This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the reconstruction of walkways at a U.S. Embassy-owned residence in Belgrade, Serbia. The project requirements include demolition of existing structures and construction of new walkways with a total approximate area of 223 square meters. The U.S. Embassy intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract based on initial offers, but may enter into negotiations if needed. The RFP provides detailed specifications for the work, including excavation, delivery and installation of sub-base layers, and construction of new walkways. Proposals are due by 17:00 local time on May 28, 2024. The U.S. Embassy will evaluate proposals on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis and award a contract to the responsible vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the government.
