The comprehensive scope details specific requirements for repairing a wet wall, including demolition of existing materials, hand excavation of the underground wall portion, waterproofing isolation using protective PE dimpled foil and medium-type waterproofing, backfilling with compacted soil, restoring stone slab surfaces, and finishing the facade with ceramic tiles. The total wall improvement length is 16 meters, with specific instructions for each phase of work, such as maintaining the building structure's integrity, disconnecting and reattaching existing installations, and following Heritage Department instructions for waterproofing techniques.

Key project parameters include a project start deadline of July 15, 2025, requirement for contractor employees to obtain security clearance, and partial payments authorized upon work completion. Interested contractors must submit a written proposal to krakowmgt@state.gov by May 24, 2025, including company details, contact information, past project experience, pricing, and a signed representation clause.
