About this file

This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation issued by the U.S. Mission to Poland for fuel supply services. The Department of State seeks qualified fuel companies to provide gasoline and diesel fuel for Government Official Vehicles (GOVs) operated by the Mission. The BPA will establish pricing and terms for fuel purchases on an as-needed basis, with the expectation that vendors will deliver fuel at designated locations or accept fuel cards for vehicle refueling. The agreement is intended to streamline procurement processes and ensure reliable fuel supply for Mission operations.

The solicitation requires vendors to submit pricing proposals that clearly state unit prices for unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel, along with any applicable surcharges or fees. Vendors must demonstrate capability to meet fuel delivery requirements, maintain quality standards consistent with Polish regulations, and provide reliable service throughout the contract period. The BPA will be awarded to one or more qualified vendors based on competitive evaluation criteria including price, past performance, technical capability, and company experience. Interested companies must submit complete proposals by the specified deadline, including evidence of fuel company credentials, proof of authorization to operate in Poland, and references from previous government or commercial clients.
