o Options/Alternates: Best value recommendations within your product line, with cost, durability, maintenance, and aesthetic tradeoffs detailed.

o Detailed Project Timeline: Milestones for production, shipping, phased removal, and installation; include estimated delivery/installation dates.

o Compliance Documentation: Product data sheets, quality certifications, and compliance with New Zealand / Samoan import requirements.

o Coordination Plan: The Contractor must coordinate all activities (removal, delivery, installation) with the U.S. Embassy Wellington Contracting Officer (CO) and Embassy

Apia to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

2.1 Design and Performance Requirements

• All furniture surfaces must be moisture-resistant, suitable for tropical climates.

Embassy Wellington CO to ensure Embassy Apia remains fully operational throughout the project.

• Final approval of all materials, finishes, and installation will rest with the CO.

2.3 Warranty and Post-Installation Support
