About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for Request for Quote (RFQ) 19NP4025Q2917, covering procurement of Cisco network equipment. The solicitation involves purchasing 10 each of Cisco Catalyst 9300X Network Advantage switches (with two model options: C9300X-48HX-A or C9300X-48TX-E) and 10 Cisco Network Module expansion modules (C9300X-NM-4C). Specific configuration details requested include dual power supplies, a 3-year Cisco DNA-E license subscription, and no additional storage module. Delivery is proposed to Lincoln Moving & Storage in Kent, WA 98032 under CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) Incoterms, with standard OEM packaging. The document addresses vendor questions about tax implications, submission deadlines, and potential delivery challenges, confirming that solicitation deadlines remain unchanged despite current political uncertainties.

Q. (vi). Due to the current situation of our country, there is no assurance of political stability. So, we wanted to know if the RFQ 19NP4025Q2917, RFQ_19NP4025Q4150, and RFQ_19NP4025Q4166 submission deadlines are still the same or if they will be postponed.

As most of your devices need to be imported, the current situation is making it hard for us to predict the delivery date for the goods. Even vendors are not willing to assure the delivery date and cost right now.

So, we would like to request you to let us know if the solicitation/RFQ will have the same submission date as mentioned before.

A. (vi). Deadlines for all solicitations remain same.

For lead time, please mention standard delivery time and put remarks for the situation and possible change in delivery schedule.

Q.(i). We are going to need model numbers to quote, these items are not in our portfolio and want to make sure we are quoting you the correct product.

A.(i). You can find the product details following the URL on page No. 6 of the solicitation document.

I have also highlighted the same below for your quick reference.
