About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for Arabic language instruction services. The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco seeks to extend the proposal due date to January 5, 2024 for providing approximately 28 hours per week of Arabic language instruction to an average of 13 students per term. The incumbent contractor was KHADDOUJ AABID under contract number 19M05521C0009, which ended in 2023. The amendment provides answers to questions from prospective bidders regarding details such as flexibility in substituting locally sourced insurance for DBA insurance, availability of facilities including Wi-Fi and audiovisual technology, and confirmation that classes will be in-person with no expected increase in student groups or instructors during the contract period.
