The goal of this requirement is to have clean bathrooms for employees when they arrive, around lunch time, and before they go home. This requirement also helps to keep bathrooms clean after hours. The contractor shall stagger bathroom cleanings to ensure that at least one multi-stall restroom is always available to both men and women.
