About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Multilateral Summit Planning Services issued by the General Services Office of the American Embassy in Seoul, Korea. The amendment (No. 00001) revises multiple sections of the original solicitation, including pricing, travel arrangements, ground transportation, venue management, and additional event coordination requirements. Key modifications include managing travel and visa support for 45 participants from the United States, Japan, and Korea, providing ground transportation via chartered buses, coordinating event logistics, and producing participant materials. The solicitation specifies that all deliverables will be the sole property of the U.S. Embassy Seoul, with the contractor retaining no ownership rights. Payment terms include 30-day processing after invoice submission, no advance or partial payments, and pricing in Korean Won or U.S. Dollars depending on the vendor's location. The government intends to award the contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
