About this file

This document contains clarifications for prospective offerors responding to Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19GT5024Q0048 for a media campaign for the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala. The clarifications address several key details:

The U.S. Embassy's Public Diplomacy Office will pre-approve all radio stations, conventional media, and digital media outlets before broadcasting begins. A minimum or maximum budget will not be provided. All campaign materials must be approved by the U.S. Embassy's Press Office before public presentation. Proposals are expected to be creative and innovative, and will undergo technical review by an evaluation panel. Prospective offerors can reference historical materials from the 2023-2024 campaign. The U.S. Embassy will issue a single contract, with payments made directly to the contract-winning party. If the vendor outsources any services, they are responsible for payments to third parties.
