QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
(Site Visit held on December 12, 2025)
Q1. Please advise what are the requirements for the substrate that we are expected to deliver in the section where the installation of synthetic turf is mentioned? Should the existing surface remain as it is, or should we allow for a concrete base in that location as well?
A1. The substrate under the turf is to remain as is.
Q2. In the technical specification of the study, the fence is described as a wire fence similar to the existing one currently installed at the court. However, in the drawings, the fence is indicated as a wire fence with PVC coating. Could you please clarify which specification should be considered applicable? A standard wire fence, or a PVC-coated wire fence?
A2. The fence is to be standard wire as specified in the SOW and similar to the existing fence. No PVC-coated is required.
