About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation #19FR6326Q0063, a Logistical Support Services contract for the US Embassy in France. The document clarifies the scope of work and contractor requirements through five key questions and answers.

The service scope is specifically limited to moving and placing items with Embassy inventory codes that are stored in the Embassy warehouse. The contract explicitly excludes: warehouse storage of contractor items for security reasons, moving of artworks requiring special handling, installation or disconnection of electrical or electronic equipment (contractors may only move and place such items), and delivery of new furniture or equipment directly from suppliers' shops. Subcontractors may be used for urgent requests, provided the contractor demonstrates the subcontractor's capability to perform equivalent services and declares their use in the bid with documentation of at least a three-year subcontracting arrangement.
