The scope modification concerns deep cleaning services for approximately eighty (80) apartments in Paris and vicinity, ranging from 100 to 250 square meters, with the majority of work performed during the June-September transfer season. The contractor must designate a supervisor available 5/7 from 8:00 to 18:00 CET with English and French language proficiency. The pricing schedule uses unit pricing in Euros excluding VAT, with the minimum order set at 800.00 € VAT included and maximum order at 241,200.00 € VAT included across the entire contract period. Offerors must submit proof of established business presence in France with a Kbis, SAM registration with UEI number, three years of prior janitorial experience with references, evidence of personnel and financial resources, all required licenses and permits including insurance and tax regularity certificates, a strategic work plan, and a complete subcontracting plan if applicable.
