The service requires the contractor to conduct one annual chimney sweeping for each boiler and provide a detailed planning proposal specifying dates and times for each sweeping. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering boiler maintenance services for U.S. Embassy Paris apartments, with an estimated minimum of 648.00 EUR (VAT included) and maximum of 100,000.00 EUR (VAT included) across the base year and three option years. The existing contract includes CLIN 0001 (Annual Preventive Maintenance for approximately 50 apartments) and CLIN 0002 (Curative or Emergency Maintenance for approximately 200 apartments), with services deliverable Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. The Government requires no more than one customer complaint per month as the performance standard, and repeat complaints for the same deficiency will trigger enforcement action under the inspection clause.
