The contract is a firm-fixed price procurement with a one-year period, requiring the contractor to conduct a comprehensive market assessment, including a market overview report, supply chain mapping, SWOT analysis, buyer engagement, and facilitating one-on-one meetings at the 2026 Barcelona Seafood Show. The solicitation seeks a consultant with expertise in seafood markets, sourcing, supply chain management, and product development.
