About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment 0001 for Request for Quote (RFQ) 19FR6325Q0014 for English Teaching Services at the U.S. Embassy in Paris. The amendment modifies the original solicitation by adding detailed teacher requirements, including a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, a BA degree in English, ESL, or related field, and specific instructional skills. The teacher must have excellent communication abilities, technology integration skills, and a neutral accent.

The solicitation requires an English language instructor to provide one-hour classes between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at various embassy locations in Paris. Class size is limited to 8 students, with the contractor responsible for providing all instructional materials. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with one base year and two potential option years. The bid due date remains unchanged at April 25, 2025, at 16:00, and the government intends to award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
