1. Question: What is the total estimated compound size (in square meters) covered under this contract?

Answer: Approx. 10,000.00 square meters with parkings included in the area.

2. Question: 2. Is there a possibility of obtaining a drawing or layout of the compound to better understand the service coverage areas?

Answer: Yes, picture attached

3. Question: 3. Does the scope of work include trash removal, or is it handled separately?

Answer: Trash removal is NOT included in the scope of work.

4. Question: Regarding the Grounds Maintenance portion, are we required to clean sidewalks, driveways, and outdoor areas? Does the scope cover the cleaning of the entire compound, or are there specific areas designated for this service?

Answer: Please refer to the scope of work, sidewalks are not included in the RFQ.

5. Question: Will we have access to water ?

Answer: Water is accessible in the building but contractor will have to provide the materials if needed to water.
