7. Will it be possible for workers to have access to sanitary facilities, a changing room and a canteen during the execution of the work or should we provide temporary modules accordingly?

In this case will locations on the embassy site be available to install the modules?

Answer: Access to sanitary facilities will be provided. We cannot provide a changing room or canteen nor can we approve the installation of such facilities.

8. Will it be possible to reserve two parking spaces for workers' vehicles (vans) during the execution of the work?

Answer: Yes

Answer: No.

10. Please confirm that the NTP will not be issued until all administrative submittals are approved and the pre-construction conference has taken place?

Answer: Confirmed.

11. To ensure the placement and dismanteling of scaffolding, correct execution and to be sure of the good quality of the repairs before painting, we believe that a minimum duration of one motnth excluding bad weather is necessary. Furthermore, if we have to respect the notice periods for "substation completion" (15days), for the final inspection (5 days) and include the completion of punch list items, we believe that 20 additional days are required. On the other hand, do we need to maintain the scaffolding for final inspection? This will also impact the total delay.

Answer: Duration to be extended to 50 calendar days. Scaffolding (if used) does not need to remain in place for final inspection as we will conduct regular inspections throughout the work.

12. Question: Can we have pictures of the state of wall and of the ground for stability?

Answer: .Yes, see attached.
