About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to a solicitation for labor support services for the Department of State's Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. The solicitation seeks on-site labor to provide program management and execution support for the Office of Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism, Office of the Biological Policy Staff, Office of Nuclear Energy, Safety and Security, and Office of Counterproliferation Initiatives. The answers clarify that the staffing plan and transition plan should be included in the management approach section of the technical proposal, confirm page limits for resumes and past performance profiles, and correct pricing and facility clearance information on forms. No direct information is provided about the required services, response date, or other solicitation details.
