About this file
This document appears to be a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of State's Office of Acquisition Management. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and identify small businesses capable of providing calligraphy services to support the requirements of the Office of Presidential Appointments, Bureau of Human Resources.
The RFI provides details on the various types of presidential commission documents that require calligraphy services, including the size, number of calligraphy spaces, and word counts for each commission type. It also includes examples of the calligraphy styles and formatting required. The Government is seeking information on the availability and feasibility of attracting new calligraphy service providers to meet these requirements. Responses to the RFI are due by June 7, 2024 at 4:00PM EST. The Government will not compensate respondents for any costs incurred in developing their response, nor will it issue a contract as a result of this RFI. This is solely an information gathering exercise to support future acquisition planning.
