The Contractor shall secure and maintain all permits, licenses, and bonds required to perform this contract in ac-cordance with all applicable host nation, and third country laws, decrees, and regulations. After TO award, the Government may assist the Contractor in obtaining any required permits and/or licenses, however the Contract-or bears principal responsibility for obtaining such. If such Government-provided assistance is required by the Contractor, the Contractor shall submit a timely written request (via e-mail) to the CO and COR.
